Define Division
For the business scenario we will define two divisions:
- A1 for starter pack product.
- A2 for handset product.
We define division from the following menu path of “SPRO” t-code: IMG – Enterprise Structure – Definition – Logistics – General – Define, copy, delete, check division.

The eBook is Good. The details are clearly explained to understand some complex concepts.
That's certainly interesting. But it would be good if there would be some background information like what's a division and a rationale why starter pack product and handset product are set up as division. Maybe it would be even better the whole sales area (sales org+distribution channel+division) is discussed in one article.
